Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Smilo Teeth. We always strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return or replacement under the following terms.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The request must be made within the 14-day period.


2. Return Process

To start the return process:

  1. Send us a message on WhatsApp (0300-9264634) with:

    • Your order number or tracking number

    • Clear pictures of the product showing the issue

    • A short description of the problem

  2. Once verified, our rider will pick up the product from your location.


3. Refunds & Replacements

  • If the product is damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.

  • If you are returning for any other reason, the product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Delivery charges (PKR 250) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.


4. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately via:

We’ll review your request and send a replacement without extra delivery cost.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used oral care products (toothbrushes, tongue cleaners, powders, etc.) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
